  • Purchases are formalized when you receive the confirmation email. If a product is not available, we will inform you and the corresponding order will be cancelled.

Shipping and Returns Policy

  • Returns period: 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order.
  • The product must be in perfect condition, with all its accessories and in its original packaging.
  • Customer assumes return costs and risk until receipt by BLOW Glassware.
  • We will process the refund (less shipping charges, if any) within 7 to 15 days after receipt and inspection of the product.
