Delivery Times

Delivery times for domestic orders are 48 to 72 working hours. Orders placed before 13:00 will be processed with these delivery times.

For international orders, handling and delivery may vary from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the customer's location and local customs policies.

Product Care and Maintenance

Our products are handcrafted by master glassblowers using ultra-fine glass and the ultralight technique. It is recommended to treat the pieces with care due to their delicate nature.

Dishwasher can be used for cleaning. However, it is advisable to place the pieces lying down to avoid that, due to their light weight, they can be lifted and suffer damages.

Please note that the fragility of the product requires careful handling to prevent breakage.

CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. Blow Glassware is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
